- Copays and deductibles are paid at time of service.
- Accept assignment on Insurance claims and participate with
   companies noted above.
- We accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover.
- We will make payment arrangements when necessary, and have
   financial counseling available to offer payment options in
   conjunction with treatment goals.
- Referrals are made when there is no timely response to care
   or a condition warrants additional care.
